1. Agreement
Is website ka use karke aap in shartein maante hain. Agar aap in shartein accept nahi karte to site use na karein.
2. Account
Account banate waqt sachhi jaankari dein. Ek email pe ek hi account. Password apni responsibility par rakhein aur kisi ke saath share na karein. Aapka account suspend kiya ja sakta hai agar misuse, fraud ya illegal activity ka pata chale.
3. Products aur license
Har digital product ka license uske product page par diya gaya hai. Default license "single user, non-transferable" hai - aap use kar sakte hain, par dobara bech nahi sakte, redistribute nahi kar sakte aur source code public karke upload nahi kar sakte. Bina permission ka resale ya redistribution se license automatically cancel ho jata hai aur account suspend kiya ja sakta hai.
4. Payment aur pricing
Prices INR me hain aur VAT/GST-inclusive hain (ya jaisa product page par dikhta hai). Payment Razorpay ke through hota hai. Payment verify hone ke baad hi download access milta hai. Bank charges aapki ho sakti hain. Agar price galat dikhe to hum order cancel karke refund kar sakte hain - customer ka nuksan nahi hoga.
5. Download limits
Har product par download limit aur optional link expiry lagti hai. Count sirf successful aur authorized download par badhta hai. Limit khatam hone par hum aapko support ke through madad karenge.
6. Refunds
Refund policy alag page par hai. Digital product ki nature ke karan refund ka decision humara hai, lekin kabhi galat ya damaged file ki situation me hum refund de denge. Refund approve hone par download access revoke ho jata hai.
7. Acceptable use
Site ka koi bhi hissa illegal, harmful ya infringing kaam ke liye use nahi karna hai. Virus, malware ya harmful code upload karna mana hai. Sabse zyada 50 MB per file allowed hai.
8. Intellectual property
Website ka design, logo aur content hamara hai. Third-party products ke description sirf information ke liye hain. Copyright complaint ka process Copyright Policy page par hai.
9. Disclaimer aur limitation
Service "as is" di jati hai. Hum har product ki 100% functionality guarantee nahi karte. Hamari zimmedaari aapke actual purchase amount tak limited hai.
10. Governing law
Ye terms Indian law ke anusaar hain. Delhi (India) ki courts ka jurisdiction rahega. Consumer disputes ke liye online grievance redressal portal use karein.
