1. Digital products me refund
Kyunki humara product turant download ho jata hai, isliye "change of mind" ya "aakhri me socha" ke basis par refund normally nahi diya jaata. Ye policy launch se pehle define ki gayi hai taaki koi confusion na ho.
2. Refund milne ki conditions
Refund ya full refund in situations me milega: (a) file corrupt ya damaged nikli ho aur replace nahi ho sakti; (b) product page par jo description/changelog tha usme product actually match na karta ho; (c) payment double ho gaya ho; (d) technical error ki wajah se aapko download access hi na mil paya; (e) humne galti se galat product bhej diya ho.
Partial refund tab milega jab product me koi significant missing feature ho aur aap use continue nahi kar sakte. Aise case me hum fair amount decide karte hain (aam taur par 30-50%).
3. Refund kaise maangein
Dashboard me "My Refunds" section se request bhejein ya support ticket banayein. Request me order number aur reason zaroor likhein. Hum 5 working days me jawab dete hain. Approved refund gateway se process hota hai aur amount 3-5 working days me bank account me wapas aa jata hai (gateway aur bank ki timing alag hoti hai).
4. Download access
Refund approve hone par us order ke saare download permissions turant revoke ho jate hain. Iske baad use download karna violation hoga.
Refund se pehle jo downloads ho chuke hain, unka record humare paas rehta hai - humara policy yeh hai ki refund ke liye "no digital content consumed" hona zaroori hai, lekin technical failure ki situation me hum maan kar refund de dete hain.
Free products (₹0) ka refund normally applicable nahi hota.
Coupon se kharida gaya order refund hota hai to coupon ka discount wapas charge hota hai (amount minus coupon discount), taaki coupon ka misuse na ho.
Partial refund me download access kitna revoke hoga, ye refund amount ke proportion me decide hota hai aur aapko email me bataya jaata hai.
5. Ye situations me refund nahi milega
(a) Product successfully download karne ke baad "aakhri me soch gaya"; (b) Aapki galti se galat product khareedna; (c) License terms ka violation (resale, redistribution, pirated copy banana); (d) Payment fraud ya fake review; (e) Technical issue jo aapke browser/device se related ho aur humare server se nahi.
